That’s never gonna happen because you’re comparing apples (college sports games) to oranges (pro sports games). PLEASE STOP!! The issue is allowing real rosters to be copied, essentially, equates to what got the game canned.

I’m talking about college athletes likeness in both…… has nothing to do with college vs pro. The suit was over player likeness and ea sports benefiting financially without compensating players. Same would go for pro games if Madden, 2K, or the show studios created said draft classes with player likeness without compensation. The whole argument is it has nothing to do with someone with their hands on the game creating players. EA would not be liable. Same principle as if a drunk driver drove a Toyota and ended a life. Toyota is not liable. If Toyota made a drunk automated car they would be liable…how many further analogies do you want on this. I have studied this case specifically during law school lol. I suggest doing looking into the law suit further than you seem to have.
