Buildable Pipelines

I would like to add the ability for schools to lose pipelines and schools to develop new pipelines. No matter how bad Georgia is or how good I can make Delaware, the pipelines cannot be changed. If we have the ability to build a dynasty then our recruiting strategy should play a role in how I want to build my pipelines. Great game. Having a ton of fun and wasting a crap-load of time.
