Editing Player Ratings

The game is meant to be a simulation. Thus, suggestion is, essentially, moot and never happening because difficulty does this fairly, whereas players would be prone to bias and setting their team to stomp on rivals. How do you not see that as an issue?

TurkeySloth6555​ - The game is meant for simulation, but fails drasticallly by using bloated ratings that PFF provides EA and the difficulty only compounds the issue at hand. The addition of difficulty and these artificial abilities tacked on make the game super unrealistic and far away from simuation as could be.

Of course i don't see it as any issue. What bias are you talking about if you are the only one playing that game? Maybe you should re-read my first sentence. You make no arguement in your statement buddy.

Perhaps, I should’ve been much more blunt and clear about this being a form of CHEATING in my last post because that’s, EXACTLY, what you’re asking EA to put in their games. WTF would they enable such a thing?

You’re much dumber than I thought because CHEATING IS CHEATING NO MATTER WHAT MODE IT HAPPENS IN. Thus, I suspect you’d cheat online.

EA_Kent​ I don't know why someone would ask a Community Manager to get involved about this.  It's kind of petty.  This guy is clueless and just won't stop with "cheating" bit.  I only mentioned offline, for my own customization.  i don't get why that would make someone this upset.  

I completely blanked on the NIL stuff being why EA could revive the series at all until I edited it into my last post. TurkeySloth6555​ There is no governing party outside EA that creates these rules and regulates the NIL portion in College Football 25 or 26 video games.  The agreement is between EA and the player themselves.  Being so, i am simplely asking for change since EA is solely in control and isn't abiding to any regulation outside the contractual agreement between the player and EA. These contracts are able to be ammended at EA's discretion. Every sports game offers some kind of rating customization and has never had a suit filed against them because of how a player is rated in a video game,  including Madden. NIL in college opened up the opprotunity for EA to start to pay each player for their likeness in their video game.  This allowed EA to use and pay players for real(ish) images and real names in their games.  EA is the one that feels that they need to restrict editing of a rating in their game as i'm sure they are trigger shy from the last law suit when this mess happened. To sum this up, EA holds the ability to allow customization or not when not playing online which is not a competetive mode.  This can be changed.

They say it’s because of NIL rules. But how tf does that make sense? Like how would they even know we edited them? It’s for our entertainment! This is the last time I’m buying this game. I know they couldn’t care less. But this game is nothing compared to the original. I’d rather spend 2 days adding the names than deal with this dumb s***
