Enable Play Selection is messed up

Im playing road to glory and im a second year starter at UGA. When im choosing a play R3 lets me “enable play selection” but when I click it, the play selection screen goes black and you can’t pick a play. Anybody know why that happens. I have built up the ability to choose 21 plays in a single game but it won’t do anything and I have to just quit and go back into a game.
