Formation tab

Why does the formation tab on the play calling screen not pop up? Im trying to put my wr with 98 speed, 92 juke, 93 spin, 99 acceleration, 92 agility, and 97 change of direction at rb in games and the tab isnt there. Am i doing something wrong or is this a bug? Please someone let me know
