Horrible game logic

My QB is the backup and Road to Glory. The starter gets injured and I get put in to finish the game. The next week, the 3rd string gets elevated to starter even though he's 5 OVR less than my QB. What are we doing, guys? Why is this even a thing? We need more polish out of the dev team. This entire game mode is severely lacking in logic...
