Issue on defense

At the beginning of every game since I started season 2, on defense it sends out 10 players every time and I have to manually sub in another linebacker. It literally says unknown where the linebacker is supposed to go. Any idea on how to fix it? I’ve went to formation subs on the main screen and it shows a linebacker there but when I get to game it does this.
