My two cents....... MAJOR ISSUES

I don't ever post on socials or message boards. I'm a gamer, and by no means stereotypical. BUT.... I love this game (and don't even love real college football) and I almost exclusively play Dynasty. I love recruiting, custom schools, custom conferences, etc.

But i had to quit the game and will not be buying the future installments (which makes me sad) for the following major reasons:

1. I know your devs spent a lot of time on desiging the runouts, celebrations, bands, specific stadium traditions, etc. but they are ....
   1. Repetitive
   2. Boring
   3. and not skippable. Give us the option to skip them. The load time on free practice in Dynasty mode is PERFECT, but halftime, game start, and end game are INSUFFERABLE. Not being able to choose to skip this HIGHLY repetitive minutia is infuriating.
2. The glitch ridden playbook issue in Dynasty is also terrible. I can't load a custom playbook into my Dynasty free practice to lab out my team each year. This seems to me to be a crazy easy fix. 
3. No true 3-4 defense. I don't give two craps what real colleges do or do not do.... I want two edges, 1 NT, and 4 LBs (2 mikes, 1 Sam, 1 Will) I recruited to this and can't run it without making LBs DLs. That is insane. 
4. In game depth chart is glitched out and isn't consistent. Why ask me if I want to sub out a player just to put him in the next play?!!? Then!!! When I change the in game depth chart and think hes on the bench, he just shows back up when I shift the formation.
5. Defense "usering" is way to difficult and feels like finding a player to use so that he plays twice as good as every other player on the field OR (in the case of me) he just misses entirely and blows coverage all the time. I end up just watching my defense play and watching players because I'm so bad at usering. And lots of times my players will do completely unrealistic things like sit in a zone and watch a QB scramble 15 years past the LOS before breaking their pass coverage. The defense is just bad.

Since I won't be back, I'll just put these in while I am here.

1. Number value of Overall, Off, and Def is BROKEN. 99s should never lose to 85s in simulation. Maybe once a decade. But my team I built wins the national championship with a 87 overall, loses all my seniors, average player ranking is lower, and the next year I'm a 92? BROKEN.
2. Kicking is ridiculous. If I miss I miss, its on me, but to have it go 90 degrees sideways is just insulting. The angles are way off too and the wind plays waaaaaaaaaay to big a role.
3. Dynasty is toooooo repetitive. Mid season incidents or practice mini games for advancement, scouting your opponent by being able to watch any other game or being able to watch film from other games would be a big addition. Something.... so I don't end up having to show so much restraint from just simulating through.
4. Customize means Customize. Free up the Customization. Coach faces are too limited. You've done better in other games. I'm 50, but no coach looks like me. 
   Let us customize freely, players, names, etc. even if only offline and privately. 
   Let us move WR to linemen if we want. 
   Let us truly customize conferences and even create new ones or at least change their name (I'm looking at you Big 27)
   Let us customize existing schools.
   Let us cook!
5. Allow schools to progress/regress in Academics, Campus life, etc. in Dynasty.

I've always loved this game.... but it is more frustrating than fun now and it looks like a yearly money grab. Rethink your approach and product. Until then... I'm out.
