Online dynasty coaching offers

I’m in an online dynasty with 4 other friends. This is going into year 5. After the first year, one player got offered NCSU and another Auburn. The other 3 of us got small schools. We all started out coaching in the American conference. Long story short, 3 of us still have not gotten offers to any schools above 2.5 stars. My coach is back-to-back coach of the year, another player won a natty, and the 3rd player has been to the playoffs every year at FAU. Meanwhile, the 2 players who got job offers after year one have gotten offers at UGA, Texas, etc.

Why does the game not recognize the rest of us? We’re getting offers but only to small 1-star schools. Seems to be some kind of bug. EA, please help out.
