Organize Custom playbook

We should be able to organize our custom playbooks having formations in alphabetical order is time consuming and unorganized. Also we should be able to organize the plays within the playbook. I have a custom OPB but I don't and will not us because I can't organize it. Also we should be allowed to select each individual formation from the teams official playbooks and still add/remove plays so the game plan will be preset (optional if you want to set your own game plan you still can)
