Longtime fan, but this doesn't work

I've played ncaa for a long time and when I first played 26 at release it was great! Then the patches came and now it's garbage. Every game seems like it's going to go into overtime even against horrible opponents. Cpu defense seems like they are playing on Heisman even though I have it on varsity. I've played around with the sliders and those haven't worked. This whole game now is just laughable.  After so many years of playing, I'm close to calling it quits. Oh well
