QB Transfers

I just finished a season of dynasty and CPU teams are recruiting (and landing) multiple 4 and 5 star QBs. 

For example, Arch Manning and DJ Lagway both went to Alabama (while still having Ty Simpson and Keelon Russell). Rocco Becht and Marcell Reed (both 90+ overall) both went to Ole Miss.

Ohio State already had Julian Sayin and also got Jackson Arnold and Conner Weigman. TCU already had Josh Hoover and got Avery Johnson.

This is very unrealistic and needs to be adjusted please!
