Quick Subs - Would be cool if it could be accessed at the play call screen

Seems like only being able to access this before the ball is snapped, doesn't always give us enough opportunity to make a substitution.  

Also, if this were to be included at the play call screen, the substitution could be made for the current play, and not have to wait for the next.

Seems it would be a more life like.  If I wanted to run a power play, I could choose my play, and sub the power back in at that time.
