Rain, Rain, Rain! I really want to experience the presentation and team entrances but Rain every game is ruining it!
Played all 12 games in my dynasty and it rained 9 out of 12.
Please fix this EA.

I'm going to +1 this feedback as well.
My city is located in a place that gets less than 11 inches of rain annually. It technically qualifies as a desert. But there are a LOT of rain games and exiting out of the game and trying again doesn't seem to change that.
