We need to have an EA Advisor verify your identity and then make the required account change in this situation. Not ideal but you should be able to get this sorted out once in contact with an Advisor. Please make contact using the following info:

I chatted with an EA advisor, verified my identity. They walked me through a “fix”, but that did not work. Now they said that the team is aware of the bug and is working on a fix. No estimate on when it will be fixed. Very unfortunate as the game is now unplayable.
