The same thing happened to me, Walmart didn't seem able to help when I was on chat with them. They referred me to EA/PlayStation.

Same problem here. I preordered the PS5 steelbook edition through Walmart and received a 25 character code via email yesterday (release day).
I hope Walmart and EA can recognize that this is an unresolved issue impacting multiple customers,

Yep. Same thing happened to me - concerning this isn't an isolated issue. I reached out to PSN and got no reply, I'll try EA next.

Same thing for me.
I went to Walmart first and they were unable to help. I just opened a ticket with EA.
Definitely a frustrating situation.

I was dealing with the same scenario. Walmart and ea kept pointing the fingers at each other. I talk to a Walmart customer rep in chat on the Walmart app and explained that EA said Walmart was at fault. He refunded me the $76.99 for the game with no return. So yeah, I didn’t get my code but I at least got the game for free

Same here. Walmart said to contact EA support but have only gotten automated messages back so far. Hopefully this can be easily resolved

I have the same thing has happened to me and Walmart was no help at all and this is the second time they did that as I did it last year as well
