I've gotten no traction with my EA cases. Each time I open a case, it just sends me a non-relevant auto-reply about the Madden / NCAA 25 pre-order bonus and the case auto-closes.
I am concerned seeing the back and forth some of y'all are encountering between Walmart and EA. These situations are so frustrating and such a waste of time for everyone involved.

It is and I feel like that EA should just give us the correct code and stop dealing with places like Walmart who outsourcing their Customer Service is not helping as you can barely hear them or understand them.
