I gave up because EA hasn't even responded to me in the past 2 days and I got a partial refund from WalMart. I dont 100% care anymore. I really wanted the steelbook as collectable but it is the principle of the thing as well. We were promised a bonus for pre ordering and no one wants to provide a solution for the screw up.
