I hate that this sorta thing is still an issue - Never ending cycle of "not my fault, contact X" and them telling you the exact opposite.
EA's official stance is it's on whatever party you purchased the code from - In this case, Walmart is on the hook and you just gotta harrass them until they pass it up to someone who just wants to get rid of you

That is exactly why I didnt want to send my game back. I send it back get a new game and still no code and that is days I could of been playing the game with same result. That why I opt in the partial refund

Well, new game came in. NO CODE WAS SENT!!! It's a real shame that neither of these companies give a crap about solving this.

If I was you I would press walmart for a partial refund. That what I did. You pre order from them expecting certain incentives and they didnt deliver.

Agreed here. After all of my complaining to WalMart I ended up with 2 games, 2 steelbooks, and a full refund.
Would I have rather had my preorder code? Absolutely! But as a consolation this was alright.

I just talked to Walmart and they are going to give me a refund for this. At least I got a free game out of this matter

Has anyone received a resolution on this? I've been having the same issue and Walmart/EA have been useless when contacting support.
