Road to Glory Crashing

For the past 2 days, on my road to glory 1-2 minutes into the first quarter the game crashes by itself saying there is an issue with the game. I’m on season 3 has 0 issues until now when I got to this game against Arizona State, 12 times my game has crashed even after factory resetting my console and deleting the game
