Is the maximum teams you can create still 32, and download 16?

I would like to be able to edit my team from the console and not have to run to computer back and forth lol
it has always been pc for teambuilder including the old stuff from day one
It's a small thing but I'm curious if team builder teams will have end zone art for neutral site/bowl/championship games?
And when does the new site go live?
Aware, but would like it to be on my “next gen concole” as well..

Not gonna happen with widespread broadband internet. NCAA FB 14 is extremely likely to be the final EA college football game to house Create-a-Team/Team Builder on consoles.
I hope not.
