TeamBuilder available July 7th or July 10th

Does anyone know when TeamBuilder be available July 7th for early pre-order release, or will it be available for worldwide release on July 10th? 

Would be nice for July 7th as a pre-order perk and so people like me can start our Road To Glory using our high school created team instead of EA generic high schools teams.
