TURBO ON DEFENSE

How do you deal with TURBO when on defense? Specifically, when your 4 plays are exhausted are you supposed to just watch and hope or can you do something?

Couple issues...
1 issue, awarding other teams turnovers when they just turned it over. For instance, you get a pick on the teams first possession. Now your offense and you drive the ball down the field like 60 yards...
