Ultimate Team Cheater

I am currently sitting in the pause menu of a national title game in a H2H season matchup.  The other player did some type of glitch where he called timeouts and hit pause where now I cannot hit resume or get out of the pause menu at all, and I assume he is just waiting for me to leave the game so he can get the win.  I have a video of this interaction as well.  I have tried to submit a report but when I do it just comes back with a 404 Error screen, and I don't think it is submitting.  Any suggestions?
