Wear and Tear has "no impact". In 3rd season of dynasty

I have all injury and wear and tear settings set to default. I noticed that over 2 and a half seasons I've never had a single player miss a game due injury. I checked my HB who runs the ball in 75% of my offensive snaps and under health in week 11 he had "no impact" due to wear and tear and nothing wrong in his health. Why is it like this? I double checked and all the settings are on and on default. This is a solo online dynasty with team builder. Please someone help me fix this, I want to use the system and have injuries

    I’m trying to find as many other posts reporting similar issues and bumping them. I have the same issue on PS5, but for me it’s not working altogether from the beginning. If I leave on all default settings, I see W&T do absolutely nothing in Dynasty every single game and every single season.

    The only times I see it is when my player gets hurt and he has a Red/Yellow W&T degradation… but it goes away after like 3 in-game snaps. Back to 100%.
