When will Team Builder be released for CFB 26?

I'm really looking forward to creating custom teams, so I was wondering—has there been any official word on when Team Builder will be available in College Football 26? Also, will I be able to edit names for players?

    Said it will launch at worldwide release like last year. Rumors that there is “offline team builder” so hopefully an option in game like 2k instead of the website
