White Uniforms in the Snow?

Sooo...

Can we implement a fix that makes the opponent wear ANY other color uniform other than white when it is a blizzard out, the entire field is covered in white, and the players on the other team are practically invisible?

For example, Oklahoma's white uniforms

Issue: Can barely see opposing players

Fix: Have the other team automatically switched to their alternate uniform color
