This has gotta be a troll. No one really cares this much about having a female head coach or coordinator, especially in a sport where that has never been a thing.

It doesn't. If it does, then that is a you problem.
Real answer, it doesn't. It being the only reason for your existence on the EA forums is funny though. Keep white knighting, maybe someday you'll get a pat on the head.
The forums are used to raise issues to the development team.
Yeah and they need to fix way more issues than adding woman coaches which isn’t even realistic
