August Title Update Request - Dynasty Specific

When you all do the first roster update, please please please address the useless abilities that have been assigned to a lot of the new archetypes. There are a ton that have been noted in @CallMeJaden's youtube channel and throughout the forums. Lots of cool ideas, but it seems like the planning was an afterthought.

I, for one, like to wait to start my real dynasties until after the August updates before the season kicks off. I'm glad you all addressed the position switch bug as that was game breaking, but those who started dynasties already, might have been out of luck if they were far in their dynasties.

Something else that needs to be addressed is the player progression bug. Right now, when set to manual, players do not earn XP during the season which means they do not level up and gain skill points. If the 25% nerf means no progression for players, that should have been clear from the beginning. 

The quarter length we set for dynasty should also be the length of CPU vs CPU games. The stat discrepancy from between user games and CPU games is no where to close being balanced. This also plays into deal breaker like playing styles if we simply cannot keep up with what CPU teams are doing (mainly with regards to the reception requirements for pass catchers or defensive stat totals for defenders). 

Allow formation subs to be compatible with custom playbooks. 

More than 4 offers at a time for the coaching carousel. The one from NCAA 14 was much better than this one imo.
