Can’t connect to servers
Tried to get on today and got an issue saying either my PSN, internet, or service provider wasn’t working. And it only gives me a white screen. ERROR: 0x000000006

Community ManagerCan you tell me what exactly is happening? Which mode are you trying to play and what error is occurring and when? Also, go to the network settings screen on your console and tell me what the NAT is.
I’m trying to play ultimate team on ps5. However, when I open the app and get to the screen that says “press any button” as soon as I press a button a white screen pops up with an alert that’s says “can’t connect to the server…” the error code on the white screen is ERROR: 0x00000006. The error code on the pop up message is WV-109144-9. The NAT is type 2

Try power cycling your equipment with these steps:
- Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
- Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
- Power it all up and try playing again
