Can’t play deluxe

I bought the game while I was at work on my app then I get home try to download the game. Says I own the game but then it won’t download because it’s not compatible with my Xbox. So I just spent $80 to play it early on my off day tomorrow but now it won’t download. I’m not gonna pay for the madden bundle but I bet that it would work if I got that version, it just says installation stopped.

    BillyBobLongSock​ Ensure your console has sufficient storage space. Shut down your Xbox and unplug it for at least 2 minutes to clear the cache. Then, log back in and try downloading the game again from the Xbox Store.

    Does it help when you cancel the previous download and start again from the store on the console?
