Coaches and Players need headsets
So on the sideline the coaches and players need to wear headsets so the game looks accurate like real life.

I completely agree. It's a minor detail but when the dynasty logo itself has a headset and the coach doesn't, it's ridiculous. I don't think there's been a coach on the sidelines without a headset on since the 90s!
