Conference tiebreaker logic broken

First, I appreciate all the great work that has gone into this game.

My friend and I have an online dynasty where we just finished the regular season, and we're both missing our conference championships when we should make it because of tiebreakers. (We swapped some teams between ACC and Big 12)

Big 12: Baylor is first, SMU second, Stanford (me) third. We all have 10-2 overall records, 7-2 conference records. Baylor and Stanford both beat SMU head to head. Baylor and Stanford did not play each other. Therefore, SMU should be third.

ACC: Same thing: Louisville first, Miami second, Duke (my friend) third, all with 7-1 conference records. Duke beat Miami, which is the only head to head out of all the games. Therefore, Miami should be third.

We're both missing our conference championships because of this bug, and I will just miss the playoffs because of it too. Is there any way to fix this?
