HeyEA_Blitz those updates today would be great if we could actually play online dynasty without the game crashing every single time. This game isn’t worth $70 at this point. No where close. A main part of the game still doesn’t work after over a week of many people complaining about it. It’s getting ridiculous at this point.

EA_Barry Already did that days ago. Not sure why we’re updating other things in online dynasty when so many people can’t even play it. This should be priority #1 at this point.
EA_Barry No dude, we’re not updating it. We’ve been connecting with support, leaving comments, and more for a week now. You’re one of the largest gaming companies out there, this is sad. I haven’t been able to play my game that I PRE-ORDERED since launch. I was told Sunday a fix was very soon, now 2 updates have gone by and you’re still not fixing the problem or giving us any idea of when you will fix it.
I didn't pay $130 to be a beta tester. This isn't a early release "still in development" game that we paid to play. This is suppose to be a finished working product.
I'm using a team I built on teambuilder in a dynasty (on ps5) and have not been able to get through a SINGLE game (in an online dynasty) since launch without a crash. The crashes for me are largely in the 1st quarter after a big play. Before realizing it was an EA servers issue, I created multiple dynasties, restored the game license, rebuilt the database/cleared cache, as well as other potential solutions. Over many frustrating days, I realize it's only happening to me while doing an online dynasty (my internet connection is very good). The recent patch didn't help, even with me creating yet another fresh dynasty with a fresh teambuilder team.
Last year I was extremely disappointed to see that you needed a PS subscription to play with a teambuilder team, even though that wasn't the case 11 years earlier with NCAA14. I didn't cave and played all offline dynasties in NCAA25 with no issues. This year I bought a PS subscription strictly for this game and still can't get through A SINGLE GAME in dynasty. Literally dozens of tries across many dynasties. I understand there's bugs in games and you need to work through those after launch, but this is so incredibly ridiculous. The fact that so many people are having this issue this long after launch, after the same issue was happening last year, is crazy to me. EA is forcing us to play online on faulty or overwhelmed servers, for a private dynasty that should be available without PS plus. 70+ dollars for a game, plus a PS membership and I still can't play a single game without crashing.
NCAA25 was one of the best experiences I've ever had playing a new game and NCAA26 is easily one of the worst. Cyberpunk on an old ps4 right after launch ran significantly better for me than this game does, and that's not an exaggeration. I know you guys are working hard and can't fix it with a snap of your fingers, but can you please give us a real update or timetable?
EA_Barry Tell me why I had to load my cloud dynasty 30 times last night to get it to work. Click on the dynasty it acts like its loading and just goes back to the main screen.
3 games today for Online Dynasty
Game 1: Intro, shows team mascot, freezes and complete console shut down.
Game 2: Plays through to the end, no issue.
Game 3: 4th quarter with 55 seconds left, freezes and shuts off console.
It's getting worse each day. I can play R6 Siege or Black Ops 6 for HOURS on end, zero issue. Can't be overheating, today I had literally just booted my console, loaded straight into my Dynasty and hit play game and it crashed. Didn't even have a chance to overheat.
This is just bad game code.
“Crosses fingers” I haven’t had any issues with hard freezes. Have you tried uninstalling (deleting) and re-installing the game? Not being facetious, just trying to help.
Uninstalled and reinstalled. Tried both the internal and expansion drive. Brought in my sons Xbox. Factory reset the Xbox.
4 games today, 3 crashes.
Definitely tried to uninstall and reinstall as well as rebuilt my database and cleared cache. Are you playing online dynasty and if so is it a teambuilder? And were you having crashing issues before?
