EA CFB 26 - Dynasty is Unplayable

I don't what to do with this game. I have an online Dynasty with a friend of mine, we are one Season 2 of our 1-star rebuilds. I was super excited for this. I understand there is some criticism with the community, whether its warranted to criticize the gameplay, bugs etc. I believe that sure, the games not perfect but its playable for the most part. For example, some of the glitches I experience are annoying... It is frequent I will run a Jet Pass and the WR who is to receive the ball is not on the field. Which will force me to take a timeout... This is way to common in my games, but whatever, not even what i'm frustrated about.

Recently, my game has consistently continues to crash EVER SINGLE GAME. I have currently simmed 4 weeks into my online Dynasty, hoping that just maybe it was just a week 1, 2, 3 or 4 glitch. I have even uninstalled the game 3 TIMES hoping that will fix my problem. Yet ALAS my game continues to crash and I report my issues to EA every time. I am beyond frustrated because I cannot even criticize the gameplay because I can't even get to it. I paid over $80 for this game, and I cannot even finish a game without the game breaking. What is this type of quality? It's unacceptable.

So i'm here stuck with with this broken game, that cant even finish 4 qtr's with.

If anyone could offer some advice or how to help it would be greatly appreciated. At this point I would love to receive a refund or fix my problem, but I am not hopeful as this might just be the product i'm stuck with.
