It wasn't fixed yet, but maybe God will come through and fix this back so I can encourage whoever I want to transfer, bring that screen back, in Jesus name, Amen.
It's never gonna happen because it was never a thing. You're gonna have to wait until after National Signing Day like the rest of us, then you can encourage transfers as much as your heart desires lol.
