We've seen the reports of crashes, and we've been working on gathering more info to help us look into this.
When you've got the chance, can you share some details so I can pass them along?
- Which platform are you playing on?
- What's your Xbox Gamertag or PSN ID?
- Which game modes are you seeing the crashes in?
- Where are the crashes happening in-game? Is it happening in the menus or in the middle of a game? Where specifically in the menu or during a game does it crash?
- What was happening in the game leading up to the crash?
- Did you get any error messages or error codes when it crashed?

- Usually crashes after scoring 1st TD of the game. I play 15:00 min quarters with accelerated clock down to 10 secs. It’s usually happening immediately after the TD, which often times is around the 10:00 minute mark of 1st Q, give or take a minute or two either way. It will freeze for 1-2 seconds and then crash back to the dashboard. It was happening in my second season of my dynasty in Week 5.

when can I expect to play this game without the game crashing? I honestly would just like to know that.
I’m having the same issue. All my answers are below. I have a case open and was asked to take a video of the issue and upload it. Now my chat feature has disappeared so I can’t upload it. Can you help me with sending in the video?

- crashes at random times during the game. Seems to be after a play is over or during a transition. It can be any random time during a game
- im playing the game normal and then it just freezes and kicks me to the dashboard
- no error messgaes
please help us, this is beyond frustrating and the silence from ea makes us feel like you only care about getting our money. This has also made me aware of how horrible the customer service is and how you handle issues. It’s pathetic but you got my $70 so why help me?- Which platform are you playing on? PS5

- Where are the crashes happening in-game? Is it happening in the menus or in the middle of a game? Where specifically in the menu or during a game does it crash? Never in the menus, only at completely random points during gameplay.
- What was happening in the game leading up to the crash? Nothing specific seems to be triggering it. I've experienced it during the opening drives of games, after hitting a game-winning kick as time expires, and at random points during all quarters. It's happening basically every other game at this point. I had crashed one time during my first three seasons of dynasty, but I've experienced over a dozen crashes since yesterday's update.

- I’m on ps5
- Xavg7240 is my gamer gamertag
- I’m crashing in online teambuilder dynasty
- I’m crashing in the middle of games. Seems to be whenever timeouts occur or in between quarters.
- Nothing indicating a crash beforehand normal game before the crash.
- CE-108255-1 Is the error message after being dashboarded.
- Teambuilder name is the “Columbus Hamsters”
Really needing this fixed to be able to enjoy this game. So far has been a real waste of $70. Appreciate any info possible on a fix.

Where are the crashes happening in-game? Is it happening in the menus or in the middle of a game? Where specifically in the menu or during a game does it crash? Never in Menus, only in games, 2nd/3rd quarter.. just randomly.
What was happening in the game leading up to the crash? Random, sometimes a long run. Sometimes players walking up to the line.
Did you get any error messages or error codes when it crashed? System shuts off entirely. Never has done this with another game. CFB 25 worked fine. This happened 3 times before todays patch, Happened in 2nd quarter of first game post-patch.

My game has been crashing half way through the first quarter of every game I play and it will send me back to the Xbox dashboard every time.
There have been No error message or codes indicating a problem just, I try to play with my team builder dynasty and it will crash and send me back to the Xbox dashboard.

- Where are the crashes happening in-game? Is it happening in the menus or in the middle of a game? Where specifically in the menu or during a game does it crash? During games, usually 2nd or 3rd quarters
- What was happening in the game leading up to the crash? Everything is normal until the game freezes and closes down.
- Did you get any error messages or error codes when it crashed? No error code
Steps taken already to try an fix (all have failed):
Delete save file and reserve space
Reset alternate MAC Address
Hard reset console
Clear persistent storage on Blu-ray drive
Reinstall game
Move game from internal storage to external
Tried different Xbox Series X console
Turn off game capture/record
