I'm having the same issue here EA_Kent
- Which platform are you playing on? Xbox Series X
- What's your Xbox Gamertag or PSN ID? Pete_Sahh
- Which game modes are you seeing the crashes in? Dynasty Mode (using Teambuilder teams), I've also had the game freeze and crash during RTG
- Where are the crashes happening in-game? Is it happening in the menus or in the middle of a game? Where specifically in the menu or during a game does it crash? The Dynasty crashes are happening in the middle of the game, it's almost always after scoring a TD in 2nd quarter or later. RTG crashes happen during loading screens (either loading the mode or loading into a game).
- What was happening in the game leading up to the crash? The Dynasty crashes always seem to occur immediately following an offensive TD. The celebration graphic animation on the score bug will get to the lens flare-- then the screen freezes, fades to black, and I'm booted back to the Xbox Home Screen.
- Did you get any error messages or error codes when it crashed? No error messages or error codes come up
