Game Freezes Entering OT

Game consistently freezes when a game goes to overtime while using slow sim. There is no way to resolve the issue in game, you must quit to home. Rules will sometimes show, goes to coin toss, after coin toss camera stays at mid field and all inputs are not recognized in games.
