Would really love to see this implemented, at least in offline dynasty. I feel it's a big part of being a coach. Also could add intensity of practice for wear and tear, ratings weekly boost, and permanent exp boost for players. Ex. Less intensity, less wear tear, less exp. boost. High intensity high wear injury chance in practice but high exp game ratings boost.... 🤔
