Hiring Coordinator Logic Restriction Is terrible

as Head Coach in real life you get to hire and fire OCs, DCs freely implement your scheme, but this game limits the options to a few horrible picks and some are big name HCs, and then you have OCs getting hired for DC positions, the entire thing doesn't make sense, we should be allowed as Head Coach to hire whatever coordinator we want to that is available instead of a limited number of horrible picks. The Coaching Carousel logic is beyond horrible and EA is determined not to fix it. we have seen that the past 6 months they don't care at all about offline dynasty players which is the only mode I even play.
