Issue with Very Few Recruits at certain positions

Started an online dynasty. My team needs three SS. I go to all prospects for SS and there are 73 total SS to recruit from. Considerably less than one per team to recruit. Zero 5 stars and Six 4 stars.

Overall, I am enjoying this game so far. Just need to polish up some things to make it great.
