The Illinois Pipeline is still missing as an option for created coaches in Dynasty. This was missing in CFB25 as well. The Pipeline exists in existing coaches (Thomas Hammock) but cannot be chosen when making a custom coach.
This was a minor issue (major to some) in CFB 25 and it was not fixed in the CFB 26 beta. Was Illinois excluded as selectable for a specific reason?

Major issue to miss 2 years in a row. There are 3 FBS schools in Illinois and seems like a simple fix.
I have a similar issue with Delaware. I’m playing as the Blue Hens and Delaware isn’t even one of my pipeline states! How can your own state not be a pipeline? Hopefully they will see our concern and patch it in.
Unfortunately Delaware doesn't really have a HS football recruiting scene
