Need Help with Dynasty

Need help please! My friend and I are doing a multiplayer dynasty (I am Missouri St. and he is Delaware) and after a few years in the CUSA we decided to move conferences. I went to the Big 12 and he went to the ACC (pictured below). Both conferences have exactly 18 teams. In the first year the entire Big 12 had no conference games and every other conference, including the ACC, did. In the second year before the season starts I am trying to change the settings and it won’t let me. I own the dynasty and I’m the commissioner and can move teams around and adjust any other conference settings. What’s going on?!
