No weekly popups as commissioner

Wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same issue as me in online dynasties. In dynasties that I am the commissioner, if the week advances if I am not online I don't get any of the weekly recruiting/transfer/coach update popups when I load in. In any dynasty I am not the commissioner, every time I back out and go into a dynasty I get the popups.
