Offseason improvements: specifically transfer portal

I like the fact that they made it to where players are more aggressive with their demands and that they matter more, but they overdid it harshly, the fact that I’m sending 6-7 people to the league every year, and I have 10+ people trying to transfer every year bc of pro potential makes no sense. I just one the natty twice in a row I shouldn’t be losing 20 players in the transfer portal every year.
