Prox. to Home error

There’s an error that negatively impacts only BC fans playing as them in Dynasty mode. 

When you try to recruit players to BC, the game assigns the recruit’s “Proximity to Home” grade as a B+ for all in-state recruits from Massachusetts and nearby Rhode Island, and Connecticut. Meanwhile, further away New Jersey is an “A”.

This is obviously a geography mistake and should MA, RI, and CT should all be an A+ for BC. 

This mistake makes it unfairly harder for BC fans to compete in the game, since we’re not getting the full impact of Hard Sells with incorrect Proximity to Home, and our visit scheduling is more expensive for our local recruits than for our Dynasty competition.
