CFB26 Dev Team, the range of coach customisation options is very lacking. There are no women to chose from. This is a massive oversight carried over from the first game despite it being advertised that more coach customisation would be added.

that’s not going to happen there are NO women coaches in the college football or any pro football world so until that happens don’t count in it happening in a video game
EA want to increase their player base and it's a video game where you can make the coach you want. Many people want to make themselves or people in their lives.
Around half of gamers are women and almost half of CFB fans are women, so it makes sense in every aspect of growth and fan engagement.
The more players we have for the game, will result in more investment and push for updates.
