Ranking Logic is Broken H2H wins don’t matter

Ranking Logic is killing dynasties. 

2 teams with the same exact record in the same conference with similar strength of schedule. The loosing team that gets swept remains ranked higher and gets in the playoffs and the winning team gets left out and ranked lower.
