Separate the limit of Offense and Defense play cool down.

Can we separate the offense and defensive play cool down in the Dynasty? In Madden, you have the option to do so but not EA college football Dynasty. I’m a commissioner in a league to where we have a play cool down to five to combat abusing certain plays all game.  I feel this would help be very useful.
